i was trying to get those webby things to cover the whole image. it fell a little short, got a bit mushy in a few spots. but man its still quite a thing to behold...
great work!really like it
amazing painting, love the colors
how much water do you use to do this? looks great!
no extra water, just straight acrylics blown with a straw, insane lookin aint it?
totally! but when I try it it doesn't really turn out right... what kind of acrylic do you use? It really doesn't seem to mix properly :/
im just using the apple barrel or craft smart paint from michaels. lay the paint onto whatever you are painting on, i lay it right from the bottle. i put two colors down before blowing. first a light color to carry the darker color. then drop a drip of the darker color into the center of the light color. then when you blow it to blow straight down on it. if you blow it real hard you get the cool webby looks. you can also push and pull the paint some by blowing from a side.thats how i get things to mesh together. but you have to know when to stop or youll get muddy.hopefully this will help some...
great job as always!!
I like that! Plus it reminds me Stan Brakhage abtract films
its funny you compare it to film. it has always given me the impression of a movie or video. im not sure why but it seems to want to be in motion...
Very cool! The colors are beautiful, and I love the webbing!
one of my favorite colour combos beautiful work, it quite looks like a fractal in some parts !
i do seem to be chasing the fractal artists a bit. though mine have the little unintended surprises that come with painting...thanks a plenty.
it sure is beautiful! great job. How did you create that look? Great job. So interesting to look at.
Quite an undertaking. Very well executed.
these are starting to intimidate me a little now. they look better than expected which isnt often the case...
the colours look fantastic
nice work like shapes...
dude great work very beautiful.
Very nice colors!!
what kind of paint is this? It looks like I'm peering down at a table lit with a yellow light that bears translucent purple gems.
its just cream coat acrylics. the technique is what achieves the look. ive been blowing the paint around with a straw. it does make some crazy lookin stuff....
very nice job on this one.
